action

The action to perform on the item used for the interaction.

  • Use null if the held item was not involved in the interaction.

  • Use ItemAction.None if the held item was involved but no action should be performed. Using this instead of null applies additional item-related side effects, like the use cooldown.

  • Use any of the pre-made ItemActions or a custom one to update the affected item stack after the interaction. Of course, this also triggers the application of side effects.
